I woke up the morning of January 1, 2015, after having just started a journey of self-discovery, and said to myself, “What can I do differently this year that will change my life?” It hit me like a ton of bricks. “You are going to confront one fear every day this year.” Yep, that’s exactly how it happened.
I had no idea what was in store, but I knew I needed to change my life in a big way. The majority of my life I had been protected, so I had a lot of fears stored up. Finding 365 fears wasn’t going to be a challenge at all because I was pretty sure I had more than that.
The 7 biggest things I learned through the journey are listed in this book and I hope my lessons will serve you well. I will tell you this, the best thing that came out of me facing my fears head on for one full year is that I became numb to fear. I have discovered the secret to confronting fears painlessly and with ease. My life has definitely changed since that January morning in 2015 and I’m so glad I decided to do it AND actually went through with it.
